Double ranks recycling and granulating line adopts foreign advanced design , use professional PP,PE screw and barrel .  

Characteristics: The first stage is twin screw extruder without die. 

Through the combination of barrel and screw, the extruder can exert its strong ability to make the thermos sensibility material like PE,PP melting. 

The process flow of Pe film pelletizing line is as following:

Force feeding system →Extruding system→ Mold and High speed Net exchanging system→water ring pelletizing machine → dewatering machine → air blower system → Storage

Features and Application:1) Double-ranks Recycling & granulating System is mainly used to recycle and reprocess PE, PP waste plastic.2) We use force feeding. 

Screw can exclude air and steam.

After plasticization and extrusion, the particle can have high density, nice surface, high output, stable extrusion3) Production capacity: 150-500kg/h.4) These machinery are for different customers to choice. 

 And we could also design special material granulator line according to the customers' request.5) Note: We can design the machine according to your requirements.
