Turn-key project WPC skirting board machineThis line mainly to manufacture all kinds of different color and size skirting board, the 2 side is soft PVC or rubber material. 1. SRL-Z200/500 Heat and Cool Mixer, to mixture our formulas. 2. Feeder + SJSZ51/105 Conical Twin Screw Extruder, main extruder to produce good and plastization profiles. 3. C0-extruder, in general we use SJ30 or SJ25, to manufacture soft PVC of rubber on side of skirting board profiles. 3. The most important is mould part, totally we have 3 moulds to work together, one mould is to connect main extruder and co-extruder, the second one we will install on vacuum calibrating table, the last one we arrange after printing machine to form our skirting profiles. 4. Vacuum Calibrating Table, 4 meters and have water, vacuum system to operate. 5. Printing Machine, economic one to print color, flowers on our skirting profiles. 5. Haul off: To pull our profile along with extruder, which part is also important to adjust speed. 6. Cutting Machine and stacker, which is automatically to control. 9. Chiller, if we need to add extrusion speed, we can choose to add chiller.
